I received my AIP on 5th August
my courses already started.
tuition fee due date is September 18

should I pay my fee which is non refundable or pass the due date?!
what should I do?

If you want to continue studying your course then you have to pay the tuition by the due date.

Seek the advice of your program coordinator at your DLI; He/She should be able to guide you, either to defer or that the school would extend the due date for your case.
