These were the three areas they mentioned:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
X travel history
X purpose of visit
X Not satisfied that you are a bona fide student and would depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay
He has done his BBA, specialization in HR from Pakistan and then was working for two years since his graduation. He got accepted in MHRM program at University Of Regina. I am so confused as to why they would mentioned the above things.
He hasn't traveled abroad before. Has done his GMAT and we added the acceptance offer letter from university. The only thing i can think of is that he applied a little late and got the reply today while the program already started on 4th January and he was yet to do his medical after the Biometrics. But they didn't mention this on the rejection letter. The next start date for the program is May 2017 and I want to make sure he does everything right this time.
I came as a student and currently working as a manager for one of the big telecommuniation companies in Toronto, on a post graduate work permit that expires in Sep 2017, i have 451 points and waiting in the express entry pool. We attached my employment letter and my bank statement with funds over $20000 plus my father's property valuations from Pakistan. Saying that we would fund his tuition together.
But they didn't mention about proof of funds or funding issues at all on the rejection letter.
I wonder if my situation impacted his file?
Thanks in advance
