the problem with york is, postgraduate admissions for winter hasnt started yet and the other most universities have closed for winter already!!!

NOV for internation applicant too i am surprised

as it usually takes 1-2 months to get the visa...

is there any way we can be sure about the deadline

nov is not the right deadline..i am not even sure if york offers MSc for winter intake....
