yet another PR Obligation question

I got married to a Canadian in 2010 and got my PR in 2011. Since then, I lived in Canada for 6 months and had to move back to home country as husband got a job in home country. I lived with him till 2013 when he moved back to Canada, but i stayed back in home country as I got a job here. Hence, my residency obligation is probably not met as I lived in Canada only for 6 months in the last 3.5 years. I intend to move back to Canada in Jan 2015.

From Date To Date
May-11 Nov-11 6 months Lived in canada (First entered Canada in May 2011)
Nov-11 May-12 6 months outsde canada
May-12 May-13 1 year outsde canada
May-13 May-14 1 year outsde canada
May-14 Jan-15 8 months outsde canada
Jan-15 Jul-15 6 months Intend to return to Canada
Jul-14 Jul-16 1 year Intend to return to Canada, Card expires July 2016

My questions:
1) Should I be worried about not meeting the residency requirement at immigration while entering Canada in Jan 2015? Although from Jan 2015 to July 2016, i can still make up for 1 year and 6 months of stay, but 2 months of my earlier stay would not be counted as it's before 5 years.
2)If I do get reported, what are my options to continue to living in Canada?

The time you lived with your Canadian spouse outside of Canada will count toward your PR RO time. That is, provided your spouse is a citizen. You would need to prove this time if asked though, so anything you have in regards to him living there with you will only help your case.

Thanks! Yes, he is a citizen. Would the following suffice as proof?
>Marriage Certificate
>Spouse's Offer letter from organization in home country
>Rental agreement between spouse and home owner. However, it doesn't have my name in it

Will need additional proof that you were living together during this time (e.g. joint utility bills, joint bank or credit card statements, mail sent to the same address). The items you have mentioned so far don't prove you were actually living together.

You might need passport stamps of his passport to show that he was with you, you better carry a copy of his full passport.

That may help but doesn't prove they were physically living together. They can enter the country same time and still live apart in the country.
