Years of experience

Hi guys, my husband & I just applied for the Express Entry. I’m the main or primary applicant, I’m a Doctor & I have almost 2 years experience as a Doctor in my country Egypt, then we moved to Dubai & now I’m working in the banking field for 2 years.
The question is when we created our profile, there is a question how many years of experience do you have. Should I select the option “2 years” – As a Doctor- or should I select the option “3 years & more” which is the total years of experience that I have. Bear in mind that we created the profile with my degree as a Doctor.
