Xray Remarks Small Nodules on the lungs

hello Guys , i received my medical result include xray but my xray have a remarks like this

" Please note that your xray report is also attached to this email. Your xray report shows the presence of small nodules in the lungs. The IRCC regional medical officer will assess this finding and decide whether further testing is needed. If they need anything, they will contact you directly. "

i never get a tb or lung infection in my whole life , that why when i received the remarks am so worried and paranoid , can someone share please share the same situation thank you

The medical staff at IRCC will determine if you need further testing. This is very common for any irregularities seen on a chest x-ray. This may delay processing but doesn’t mean refusal
