XPRESS Post no status update (AINP)

Hello,

I have sent my documents to CIO Sydney through express, I was nominated through AINP.
I sent my documents on 20 December 2013 and requested for signature on delivery.
Documents were sent to mailing address and not the courier address.
On 24th December the documents reached Halifax. Since than it is showing in transit.
There has been no update on tracking status.
Friends are saying sometimes the documents reach but the status is not updated. I want to hear your experience and best possible advice.

My xpresspost online status has been out for delivery since Jan 3. I also opted for signature required. What the hell is going on??

Hello amanmander,

We are on same problem, me too I send my package by express post on Dec 20 from Edmonton. Since 24 Dec its shows in Halifax, I called so many times to canada post they made fallow up case and they give me reference number, I just called them again, they said call back monday hopefully we will find out your status of package. Please keep update your status.
 
Do not worry guys. I had a very bad experience with Canada Post Xpresspost. My delivery status was never updated. I was worried and ran from post to post to check on the delivery since it also had my money orders.

Now, after a month I received a mail from CIC that my application has been approved and money order cashed. So I am sure that your packages would be delivered too. It is just that Canada post systems are really not up to date.

My Xpresspost sent on November 14 still shows in transit where as I have received my AOR.
 
Had the same problem as you guys. I sent my application on the 20th of December from Edmonton. It reached Halifax on the 24th of December and since then it's IN TRANSIT. Looking at all the previous posts, it looks like the files are delivered but CAD post has failed to confirm it.
 
im currently facing samre issue i sent my Application for Anip nomimation nov 26th, until now xpress canadapost s doesnot show anything .until now i dont receive any e-mail or file number from ANIP office . i contact so many time in canada post just they give me customer service 1-866-607-6301 and this site http://www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/personal/support/helpcentre/tracking/updates_gone.jsf
 
My application successfully delivered on 27 Dec,2013. Canada post emailed me today. Hope yours too guys.
 
Hey Guys,

Anyone received delivery confirmation yet? I just called them this morning and they said someone was still working on it.
 
Don't worry guys, I have had this issue a couple of times already. CIO Nova Scotia is a "high volume receiver" for Canada post because of the huge amount of correspondence they get.
Due to this large ammount of incoming packages it is impossible for them to scan them ALL so it is likely that on every delivery made a few people wont have their items scanned on delivery.
If you want addional peace of mind you can get in touch with Canada Post call centre and they will let you know if the package was delivered to the "large volume receiver".
