Wrongly mentioned "required by" date for Singapore CoC

CIC sent me an official letter which needs to be used to request for a 'Singapore Certificate of Clearance' (CoC).The letter mentions that I have 60 days from today to submit this.

When I checked the EE system (obviously my status is post-ITA and post-AoR), it shows that I need to submit the same document by March-23rd,2016.I immediately raised a 'CSE' with the 2 files (PDF letter & screenshot of application screen) today? Is there something else that I should do,apart from the above,to get this mistake rectified?

I don't think there's anything else you can do apart from the CSE route.

Something similar happened to me as well. I got a schedule 4 request; but there were 2 sections to upload the same form in my documents checklist; one with a required by date which was the same as the date IRCC requested the form and the other had a required by date of 7 days after the request.

I submitted my completed Sch 4 about 2 days later and explained in a letter that there seemed to be some sort of glitch. I also attached the request letter from the IRCC (where it stated I had 7 days).
