Hi everybody. Since the first refusal I was updating this thread (https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/she-got-a-solid-job-offer-and-lmia-but-they-refused-the-work-permit.594094/page-2) with all the information about our process and documentation but yesterday we got refuse again and the reason was infuriating.
They requested an additional document on November 21 and when uploaded the document the next day, yesterday we got refusal letters saying that they never received the documents.
We wrote immediately to the visa office that processed our application (Mexico), with screenshots of the platform saying that the documents were uploaded, waiting for a reply now.
have any of you deal with a similar situation?
