Wrong value mentioned in payment form

Hi!

I have sent my documents to Immigration office, by mistake I've mentioned wrong amount in the payment form, As I have applied with spouse and son and mentioned the amount only for principal applicant .

Kindly advise will this create a problem.

If your entire file would right and your documents are completed.........Nova Scotia will email you for new fee form with correct amount .........

Payment issue: No fee included/or insufficient fees

CIO will return your application.

If you have an option, you should definitely try to get the application packet diverted. Otherwise, your application will be returned to you due to insufficient payment.

Whoever said that CIC will contact you for new fee form is WRONG. I have never seen CIC communicate to an applicant regarding payment issues (or anything before PER). A lot of people's applications have been returned simply because the CC payment could not be processed after multiple tries. There is no reason to think that CIC will contact an applicant if the payment amount is not correct.

If you can get your shipping company to return it to you then do so. It would likely be several months for you to receive it back on the basis of a rejection by CIC.

I have tried my best to get back the shipment but unfortunately it is delivered to Nova Scotia.

Any further suggestion that, I can send another forms with covering letter in addition with IELTS score of my spouse.

Now wait with faith .......cause this time you cannot do another shipment to Nova Scotia cause you have do not have any related reference number of your application and it will be very hard for office to find out your application and attached documents with that ...........
