wrong time format

I am going to apply the post graduate work permit. When I did the "Education" part, I filled the ending time is 2017-12, but it shows that " the format you entered in the following field was incorrect: To (MM), the correct format is YYYY-MM-DD". But I can't find any blank to enter "date".
Can anyone help me?
