Wrong Passport Number on Visa and COPR

Got the visa stamped and COPR on 20 Nov 2015. Having checked, i found that on passport of my son the visa stamped has wrong passport number and same error is there in his COPR. I applied from Pakistan. Can anyone suggest what to do, please.

Quickly raised CSE to your visa office stating the issue, you can also scan the COPR and Bio page of your passport and attached to the CSE
