I submitted my PCC application at BLS yesterday and when I came home checked my status of my application. I saw that last digit of my passport number is missing.
They filled the application on their side and made a mistake. What can be done in this situation? I am afraid that they won’t allow me to update the application and it will eventually get rejected by CGI. Any help would be appreciated

Call them and say them to correct it . Also you can submit ticket online to BLS . If your passport is correct on forms , you should worry about status on BLS.

Thanks , I did not know about the ticket, I created it. And to answer your first suggestion, only thing I am afraid of is that they are very rude and insensitive, they might not even let me in to update my application.

Doesn’t matter they are rude or not . You are paying fees to them to do their work. Call them and also keep creating as many tickets you can .

@Miss bee Did you manage to resolve this? What worked? Cos I am stuck in the same situation. I have no mood to stand in queue again. I haven't heard from them even after submitting grievance redressal forms. No one answers the line

have you previously submitted any Postal application or other application with correct passport number that got rejected?

Call them on their customer care support and ask them to correct the mistake. In my application, BLS failed to send the last page of my passport to the consulate. The consulate returned my file to BLS. As the mistake was from BLS's end, I got an email and call from BLS asking last page of my passport. I got my PCC after 35 days of this drama.

Oh wow!!! Sorry that happened no one answered their helpline. I hope ended up going to BLS office in the 3 pm to 4.30 pm window that opens for general inquiries. Luckily there was less crowd and one of the reps updated my passport number. Not sure how long from here
