I have received ITA and now when I wanted to fill out the online form I realized I have made a mistake:
I had chosen Civil Engineer as my occupational NOC and added 4 months of civil engineer job + 2.5 years of research assistant (with the same NOC as civil) in the work history.
Now I realize that research assistant has a different NOC, if I leave the occupational NOC as before (civil) I will be ineligible to apply for EE because I have less than a year of experience in civil. But I can change my occupational NOC to research assistant in which I have enough job experience.
My questions is: is it better to withdraw the current application and start a new application or to continue with the same application but change the occupational NOC to research assistant.
I'd appreciate it if you can help me with this.
