Hi guys,

After I received AOR last week, I have realized that my NOA 2013 is wrong. They categorized my salary as a kind of scholarship so they refunded all my taxes.
This did not happen to NOA 2012(I paid tax in 2012), only to NOA 2013.
So I submitted and asked the reassessment of my NOA 2013. and I hope they issue my new NOA soon, then I will email the new NOA to CIC.

My question is, Do you think if it is good or not to tell CIC that this situation, because I am afraid that they will reject my PR before seeing my new NOA.
has Anyone experienced a situation like this??

As far I know re-assessment take's time , I would suggest wait for 3-4 weeks if no response from CRA , you can do at least an FYI to CIC that you have filed a re-assessment , Don't elaborate too much , if they have queries eventually they will ask.

BTW CRA and CIC are two different govt entities , They can't exchange information without your consent.

Thanks for your advise.
yes, I know they can't exchange so I will forward my new NOA to CIC as soon as I received.
