Hello,

After submitting my PR application, I noticed that my current Canadian employer has mentioned 40 hours of workload in my work experience letter (which matches the company's employee policy handbook) while in my pay stubs it's 37.5 hours.

I have already got my AOR, so what would you suggest I do?

This is just me but IRCC doesn't calculate work in excess of 30 hours per week. So I don't think it'd matter whether it's 37.5 or 40? Wait for others to comment though.

Thank you NOC98 for your response, as you said CIC cares about +30 hours for full-time. I should have mentioned that I have submitted both my work experience letter (which says 40 hours) and pay subs (which say 37.5 hours). I am just wondering whether the CIC officer might pick on this. Although I have checked with my employer and they said it's a technicality and 40 hours workload considers 30 mins mandatory unpaid lunch break.

I mean there's still both above 30 hours per week, anyways. I would be more worried if one document says less than 30 hours per week, cause that would mean you're working part time.
