Wrong name entered in visa application

Hi All

I have recently submitted visitor visa application and entered wrong name in the form. Only one letter is missing.

How can I correct this?

Will the application be rejected?

Any idea how many days they take to respond to webform. bcz if we don't give biometric within 30 days application will be cancelled

webforms do not have a standard turn around time

you can go to the biometric center and explain

Actually ircc agent gave me wrong info, telling dont go andbgive biometrics.
Actually they took the biometrics and asked to raise webform.

Which I did already.
Now I have just wait and watch, what happens next.

Thanks, I am on the same boat, made a mistake when filling up the application and my name is wrong and also the UCI... I already sent the webform with the corrwct info and explanation letter. You think that's enough? Thanks so much for sharing your experience.

Yes it should be enough, you will not get notified though. You can see updated information after application is approved
