Wrong medical exam paperwork... help

We are applying for a spousal sponsorship for an American citizen. My husband is a Canadian citizen. I had a medical exam done in Canada, but the form used by the DMP was for in Canada application instead of out of Canada application. Will this be an issue when we apply? All other paperwork is complete. Can I still apply as outside Canada? I reside in the USA.

I know this is old, but I was inquiring the EXACT same thing.

From what I understand, it's fine because the forms from the US and Canada go to Ottawa, and then they're transfered to Buffalo. But I'm not an expert by any means!
