I made the medical assessment on 13th August 2018 and waited for the medical status to be updated or being contacted from cic side but nothing happened so in 19th November 2018 I sent a web form through the CIC website asking about my medical status and they told me that there was an e mail sent to me and they mentioned a wrong e mail address. so I asked them to resend the mail to my correct mail and they told me they will contact the responsible office and apparently they did as I've just received the mail.
During this I already contacted the IOM MHAC Cairo to check if they have any new information and they told me there are some be additional medical examination needed so I proceeded and went through it since 27th November 2018.
In the mentioned unreceive mail there is a note that I comply with the request in 60 days,
Now i dont know the 60 day start when as this mail i haven't receive it, and if it start since the date they send the mail what should i do now ?
