They sent me the eCoPr of someone else!!
Everything in the eCoPR has
Have any of you been in the same situation??
I tried to call IRCC number but I could not reach a representative!

Oh jeez that’s terrible ! I would reply to the first email they sent you (PR portal invite) and I would explain the situation …
