wrong date on appendix A

hi everyone! i just sent my appendix A with picture and pp. and just realized right after sending it (when im already at home) that i have put 05-11-15 as the date instead of putting 06-11-15 on Appendix A. does anyone have an idea? if it's ok, or what? i'm worried that it might cause delays. :( please reply to those who have an idea.
 
It will depend on the CIC agent working on your file whether it will matter or not.

But better to be safe then sorry.....Re-send it with the correct date.
 
is it ok to re send the Appendix A? is it advisable? i'm afraid though that it might brought confusion to the cic agents. if it's ok to re send then can i make and send another one thru email? or thru courier too? please help me on this
 
do i have to wait for their advise to re send it or can i just re send it without any advise? won't it cause any confusion and delay? i have to know because if it won't cause confusion and delay, i'll send it right away. please do help me on this
 
Yes it is fine to resend it without CIC asking for it. It is actually probably better that you do to avoid wasting time of waiting for them to request a new form IF that's what the agent working on your file would choose to do.

In order to ensure there is no confusion as to why you are sending a second version of the same form you can send a cover sheet with the form explaining that you are sending the new form because you dated the initial form you sent incorrectly.

Send the new form the exact same way you sent the original form.
 
Why are you asking seriously? I wouldn't take the time to write a response if I wasn't serious.

There is no reason what so ever why it would cause a delay.
 
aww! sorry for that, just wanna make sure. :) so will i have to put the supposedly date (that is yesterday)? or the date today where i'm making a new one. this bring a little bit confusion to me. thank you for replying me anyway

Hi mamo220614

Just wanted to ask if you sent your application with the Appendix A and picture all together? -in my case, I forgot to include appendix A and the ID pics, so I'm looking for anyone who has the same case with me. Not sure if i will need to wait for CIC's reply before I send it to them or I can send it now even if I do not have the client number yet. I just mailed our application last week.
 
where it is mentioned that appendix is mandatory to send we have not sent that in out application only check list IMM5491E is required to send

Even I have not sent Appendix A.. just the checklist5491E and Travel detail form..
 
i think it will depend on the instructions on the email they have sent to you. mine was Passport, Photos, Copy of email they sent to me and Appendix A which already attached on the email. did you send your Passport too? you can use your file number though.

Hello

I do not have any file number yet. I just mailed our application last June 3rd. It's just that I totally forgot to send/include the Appendix A and photos in our original application. :(

I'm just worried that they will send back the whole application and we'll start from scratch because it's incomplete. it would be better if they will just email me with the documents that they need and still continue with the processing.
 
oh so you just sent your application? wait for them to email you, as soon as they checked your application they will email you with your File Number. did they require you to send an Appendix A?
