So we started living together in 2024. I used the common law date in my pgwp as 2025 (when we completed one year). I didn’t attach any proofs as were not needed.
Later we did my boyfriend’s sowp through a lawyer and he did all the declarations and procedures right and used 2024.
My pgwp is approved. I also have trv (used correct dates on trv). His sowp is also approved. Do I need to go back and explain in my application?
