Wrong answer to question on study permit

Hi everyone,

I did not look at the list of designated countries and therefore answered no to the question about whether the applicant has lived in a designated country for 6 months. I just checked the list today and my country happens to have a "yes" in the right column. What should I do, please?

Also, the documents in the optional section, are they mandatory?

I also have made the same mistake…have you b submitted the web form? Any update
