I submitted my application for my study permit extension in October 2022, and got approved in November 2022. However, I realized that the address in my application is wrong, so they got mailed to the wrong unit (let's say 1111). The residents in unit 1111 told me they have already mailed the paper document (renewed study permit) back. I have no idea what to do next. My permit expires in July, I have submitted webform and sent them an email (no replies yet). Also tried calling (no one picked up)
