We completed our landing procedures through Toronto Pearson Int'l airport on 31 May 2013. When requested by the immigration officer for an address to send our PR cards, I mistakenly gave her wrong unit number (unit 1114 instead of 114). The problem I just recently found out about this error when I checked my e-cas, so I immediately updated the address in the system but I don't know whether our cards were already mailed to the wrong address or not yet because it has been more than 5 weeks now.
The time processing indicated in the CIC website is 67 days. However, I believe this is the maximum number of days required to receive the cards.
The main issue is that I am already back to Saudi Arabia as I spent four weeks only in toronto. I searched for an email or phone to explain this mistake to an cic agent to help me out, but I couldn't find anything except for local CIC call center number.
Anyone who knows how to contact CIC or encountered similar situation please let me know.
Thank you
