Writing on the back of photos for PR?

Hello my partner and I printed 200 photo's to send with our PR applications, special events, family get togethers and holidays, ect...

I just want to ask what exactly do you write on the back? Is there a preferred layout? what specific information?

And we did not write anything on the back of our photos. We just made sure all the photos were date stamped. This worked fine with our application.

I wrote affiliation from right to left.

Sister, sister's bf, mother, father, friend, best man. Etc.. etc...
explanation of event as well.
Vacation, travelling, wedding...

Seemed to have been no issue.
