Hello,
I am in Canada for the last 20 months on a WP. My WP is due to expire this month end.
Now I have a new employer who is willing to file an LMO, and then process WP if the LMO is approved. But my understanding is that this process would take around 4 to 6 months.
The only way I see right now is that, go back to my home country end of this month before my current WP expires and come back to Canada once the new work permit(after 4 to 6 months) is processed.
Now my question is, is this the only way given my situation ? or is there a way to get my WP processed faster ?
Thank you!!
