WP processing in Qatar

Hi. is there anyone here that is also applied work permit in Qatar?
I've read all the thread forum wp process from last year and they've waited long weeks of process.
On the canada processing time in cic web shows 16 weeks now and increasing weekly.

Yes I have. Omg it's so much time. Is it possible to apply in another country as a tourist with a shorter time line of processing?

Not really. What country? Unless you are going to live and stay there until it is processed.

Like Oman or Saudi Arabia since its just GCC. 65 weeks is too much. And my lmia is expiring on November
