WP online processing taking more than average time

Hi...i had applied online closed WP on 6-March at New Delhi still waiting for permit...current average time is 12 weeks..
is this delay normal for the WP application applied during 6-March? Can anybody share the experience on it...thanks

I m also same situation ..Applied online closed wp on feb 24th..Still no reply.....

From my experience and what I have been noticed that any visa application which takes more time might be a refusal! But not all the time
