WP & LMIA

Hello..

My husband's WP was Refused. he had put LMIA in july'15. He got file number but there is no feedback till date.

LMIA result expected in December. I want to know that LMIA will be positive then he will sponsor me on that basis.

He will put WP- restoration file within 90days.

Your question isn't very clear. What do you mean by "sponsor"? Are you asking when you can apply to come to Canada as a visitor? If that's what you're asking - then you can technically apply for a visitor visa now. However I wouldn't recommend that you do that. I would wait until your husband has a valid work permit again.
