WP from another Employer inside Canada!

Hi All,

I am currently working on closed work permit and getting another opportunity and new company is ready to apply for my work permit.

just wanted to check how much time & on PCC (Police Clearance Cert) etc..if i apply for another WP from inside Canada?

anybody has any experience in such case? do i need to take care of any specific documents while applying from inside Canada or it's a similar process that i followed from my home country.

If you have not stayed in your home country for more than 6 months and if you have a old PCC from your home country which you may have submitted it for your initial WP use can use that. Ideally your employer's lawyer should provide the documents.
