Hello All,

I have recently graduated and got a PGWP. My husband is living with me on his work permit. Now, I would like to extend his work permit. My question here is, I have a degree in Computer Science but I am working as a Baker at Tim Horton's (which is a NOC B level job) so will it be okay if I submit my payslips of this profession or does it have to be from my related field? Please advise!

Thanks!!

Any job is fine provided it's noc A, B or 0. So you are good if your job is noc B. Make sure you include three pay slips with the application.

Thought Tim horton’s no longer bakes. They bring stuff in or put things in the oven that are already prepared. Why are you working at Tim’s if you have a masters in CS? Of all jobs you should be able to get an IT job.

It's because I recently graduated and still looking for a job in IT so this baker job is just a temp, and as my husband wp expires in a few months wanted to use this chance. And yes they still have baker positions at Tims. :(
