If my wife went back to the U.S.A. for 3-4 months for a "break" from our marriage while we try to work things out. I would stay in Canada.

We are still in the 2 year conditional period of cohabitation.

It is you again. Let me break it down for you. No one here or anywhere will be able to provide you much info when it comes to the 2-year PR conditions, simply because there isnt many cases out there. This is new and we have not heard many cases on what CIC considers breach of the 2-year PR conditions. If you are worried then you may want to consult with lawyer, costly but his/her input is probably better than ours here at this stage. I personally doubt even lawyers have much experience to rely on when it comes to this.
