I have a quick question , if I help someone under the MPNP and provice nominates that person under family stream because that person is a friend of mine or a relative and then that person gets PR and lands into Canada, would it be considered a sponcership , and would I be responsible for that person's finances for 3 years , means if that person goes on any social benefit, would I get the bill for that , plz help
