i hv done B-tech and i have 2.6 yrs experience...am i eligible for applying PR..wots all needed to get PR...or on wot bases the points count??wot is the time period?

Note this is posted in the PR obligations section, which is really about KEEPING PR. You should be searching and asking questions in the skilled worker section.

At the present time you would need to have an offer of permanent employment from a Canadian employer to apply for PR in the skilled worker program. The rules will change again in January, at which point you may be able to apply again without a job offer.
