Worried about application pls help!

Hi guys, I submitted my application in Dec, already have AOR, but when check online all its day is under sponsor is we have received your application to sponsor and also under sponsored part is application for paramanent resident received... My worry is this I don't not see anywhere it say application in process or progress....! Is this something to be worried about or am I just worried for nothing? Pls guys I need ur insight on this! Thnks

I have heard several comments that ECAS (online) is very slow to update. I think I also depends on what visa office you apply to. In our case we found ECAS was basically useless. For us ECAS finally changed to in process after we received stage 2 approval.

Don't worry, nairaboy. ECAS is totally unreliable. Even so, I applied in Nov., and for me, the applicant, it still says "Your application was received on Nov. 30, 2012. / Medical results have been received.". And that's it. Don't worry, sometimes, even if they are working in your application, it will still say only "Application has been received".

From what you have posted on your timeline... you are doing an inland application through Vegreville... The current processing time for sponsorship approval is 6 months... that is why you haven't heard anything yet.

Yeah, I wouldnt worry about E-cas too much as far as it being up to date ... I was checking on ours everyday, multiple times for changes... and it always only ever said "application received". Even after we got a letter to attend an interview, then went for the interview, and were verbally approved for AIP - it still showed as "application received".
Today however, I logged in and it is different (a week later). Now I cannot get to my part (sponsor) with my UCI# -- i get an error saying it doesn't recognize me, like it has been removed .. but when I log in with hubbys UCI it does now show "in process" for his pr application.

No but seriously dude you are freaking our for no reason. After sending in your application to Mississauga the only AOR you get is in about a month or two saying that they started working on the file. Then they send you another email saying if you were approved or not as a sponsor. After that, it will be months before you hear anything from the VO.

who will receive an email that our papers get approved? applicant or the sponsor? thanks...

when did your husband submit your applications to CPC-M?if they have received it your sponsor will received an email or snail mail thats what they called AOR or acknowledgement of receipt.then after that if your sponsor is eligible to sponsor you they will send another email or snail mail saying he is approved to sponsor you then your sponsor will be given the UCI number and file number so you can access your ECAS..

sorry keneth11 I am so excited ..we just submited our aplication this month june 05 cic recievd june 07 per tracking number...its been 3 wekeks now,,i am just expecting that my hubby will recev AOR.. thanks for your quick reply....so nice of you

helo,, just wana ask you when did you receive your AOR? when you submited your aplication in december how many days you waited to have your AOR..... ty...
