World Education Service Evaluation in Canada.

Hello Everyone,
My friend is here in Canada and is working as a Health Care Aide in a Health Facility. She came here in Canada as an international student to pursue the Health Care Aide Program and she has completed the course and now working.

While in her home country she graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing. In Canada she came like an international student and studied the program in Health Care Aide and obtain a Diploma in Health Care Aide.

She will be applying for her Permanent Residence after 1 year of experience , my question is

1, She wants to apply for her World Education Service as it a needed to apply for PR in Canada, so can she include her Bachelors Degree in her World Education Service Evaluation?

2, She is in Alberta which other credential evaluation are in Alberta that she can apply to in person.

1. Yes. Hopefully she included the degree in her study permit application.

Not sure how she is applying for PR and not yet invited. Is her NOC eligible with her current job.
