Workpermit to PR process

Hi ,
I am in closed work permit and my dependent open work permit. I stay in Canada right now and planning to start my PR process. I do not get enough points so I am planning to apply alone and later sponsor spouse.

Once I get my PR what will the status of my spouse if she is continuing in Canada ? I assume her Current defendant open work permit is not longer valid as I will be in PR status

What is process for me to keep here stay here sponsor here

Lets say I I had to move out of Canada after I get my PR can I still sponsor my spouse staying OutsideCanada

Your spouse's work permit will remain valid until its expiry.

No - you cannot sponsor your spouse from outside Canada. As a PR, you must be living in Canada to sponsor your spouse.
