and working with it.
On 18/02/2013,My Tourist visa was granted.
I want to know if i can work with my tourist visa-
Note-I known is not allowed to work with tourist visa
Or is it possible to change your visa status overthere?
Thanks for your prompt constribution.

No - you cannot work on a tourist visa. It's illegal.

You need a work permit if you want to work. To obtain a work permit you must first find an employer who is willing to hire you. That employer must then obtain an approved labour market opinion and request approval to hire you. As part of this process the employer must prove they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian to hire. If the LMO is approved (not all are) you can then apply for a work permit. If your work permit is approved, you can then start working.

The process above takes months to complete (often longer than the duration of your visit visa). Also, expect it to be extremely difficult to impossible to find an employer who is willing to go through the LMO process.

Been trying for 20 months now without luck. Unless you have certified as a nanny or have a trade, there is little point. The low skill jobs don't qualify for PR anyway.

Actually low skilled work in BC and Alberta can lead to PR under their PNP program.
