I will need to have my university approved by professional body in Canada, it takes up to 6 months. However I want to apply for working visa where waiting list for appointment is 6 months as well, can I apply for visa and wait for having my documents approved in the same time?
Additionally I have my WES reference number.

There is nothing stopping you from applying for a work visa if you qualify.

It's not clear how you plan to apply for a work visa. I assume you have a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer has obtained an approved LMIA?
