I am currently working on contract through a staffing and moving to Toronto as a PR.next month. The client wants me to work remotely for them until the end of the contract. My staffing is okay with this setting but they mentioned that they would be able to generate the payroll in US and can transfer my salary into the US bank account.
I am on OPTx which is expiring (in 3 months) before my contract expires. So I am wondering after my OPTx expires can my staffing still generate US payroll considering any immigration stuff and tax?
