working online with approved letter of work permit

Hi everybody,
I applied PGWP outside Canada and received approved letter from ICCI, I will receive WP in the airport. However because of pandemic, I haven't come back Canada. If I receive an online job of Canadian employer and work outside Canada without WP, is it eligible? If not, how can I work in this situation?

You can always work outside of Canada, it just won't be Canadian work experience.
