Working on my own business

Hi everyone!

I currently have an Open Work Permit and I want to open a business in Vancouver, BC.
I know that I can open the business, but my question is if I can operate the business as well..

In another hand, I have my husband under a Working permit through PNP, and he can't work to another employer, but can he open the business, for example? And if he can, can I work for his business?

I think you might want to get professional advice rather than forum advice given all the implications of setting up a business such as registration ,tax etc...
