I HAVE APPLIED PR IN FSW CATAGORY WITH AEO FROM NEW DELHI IN AUG2008.

I HAVE RECIEVED MY FILE NO IN FEB09 AFTER LONG WAIT AND IN MARCH WHEN I SEE ECASE STATUS IT SAYS MY FILE HAS BEEN TRANSFERD TO NOVA SCOTIA, S I WAS AFRAID OF ALL OF THIS I HVE WITTEN SO MNY LETTERS TO DELHI OFFICE THAT WHY MY FILE TRANSFER TO CANADA AS I HAVE AEO

AFTER WAITING FOR A MONTH I HAVE RECIEVED EMAIL THT THEY HAVE SENT MY FILE WRONGLY TO CANADA AND THEY HAVE REQUEST NOVA SCOTIA TO SEND MY FILE BACK.

NOW LAST MONTH I HAVE SEEN MY STATUS THT MY FILE HAS BEEN TRANSFERD TO DELHI OFFICE. AND NOW AFTER ONE MONTH , THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM DELHI.

JUST SEE THE WORKING OF CIC AS HOW THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE LIVS OF PEOPLE.

1. Turn off you Caps key, it makes hard to read and is considered shouting.
2. All FSW1,2,3 applications that were submitted after Feb/08 as yours was are transferred to Sydney to see if they qualify. Some with an AEO were processed in the regional office, so you are going to have to wait until it is returned.

HI all,

I have also filed wid AEO in Aug 2008 and done medical in jan 09 and then nothing reply from them.

It has been 5 months after medical done and still waiting.

Anybody got PPR who have applied wid AEO around in aug 08.

what are the chances to get approval after medical???

pls suggest me.

The document was delivered on 27 April 2009 at New Delhi office.After that I have not recieved any reply from them and also there is no change in my e-status which shopw as "in process."
Now, should I write to New delhi or wait for their reply or change in my e-status.Seniors please reply.

the processing time is 6-12 months after the full application is received in the processing office. You are just going to have to be patient.

Usually 2/3 months, you might want to obtain your CAIPS notes, or send an email to Delhi.

hi.

I guess it is all luck.
on trackitt i saw some people getting responses in as little as 1and 1/2 months for the new delhi chc office whereas other cases it is longer. I think there is no criteria on which the early decisions are made.
