Working in USA while living in Canada

Has anyone any experience on this subject? I am looking to start a PR spousal app while my fiance continues to work in the USA for the time being. She would cross for work everyday. Is this possible?

Unfortunately it's not really possible. Sooner or later CBSA will tell her she has to stop or potentially prevent her from re-entering Canada for a period of time.

Agree with scylla. CBSA doesn't like people who try to live in Canada as visitors. She would likely eventually be refused entry and possibly even issued a one year Exclusion Order.
