Working in USA on H1B and going to canada for training for 2 weeks

I on H1B from India and working in USA for a employer, I have to go to canada for 2 weeks of training at the parent company of same employer, can anyone please help me to know which canadian visa should i apply for, after 2 weeks of training I will be back in USA.
