Working in Saudi Arabia and want to process papers to work in Canada

Hi. I am Filipino professional working in Saudi Arabia for more than 4 yrs...I saw an advert of my former recruitment agency in the Philippines that they are looking for a certain vacancy for Filipinos to work in a hotel in Canada but the applicants should be Filipinos working in countries like Saudi Arabia, HongKong, Singapore, Macao, ....since I am working here in Saudi Arabia and if chosen to apply for the said vacancy , how long would it take for the processing of my work permit to Canada? Processing of documents here in the kingdom is obviously faster compared to processing in the Philippines? Thanks.

Saudi Arabia and the Philippines actually have the same processing times when it comes to work permits (5 months):

Ask your agency. Since they are recruiting, they must know exactly that the processing times are.
