working in Regulated Profession_OPNP express entry stream

Hello,
I have a question regarding regulated profession for OPNP.i am working as engineer in ontario Noc 2133.Do i need to acquire EIT designation from PEO in order to apply for OPNP Express Entry Stream.I am not eligible for Professional Engineer designation yet.
