Working in Canada

I am a Recruitment Consultant specialisng in Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Speech Therapist/Pathologist). My wife works for Bank of America has a Client Migration Advisor training clients over the phone on new banking applications.

I am a British Citizen and she has a German passport and qualifies as a EU National. We are seriously considering immigrating permanently to Canada for a better life and to eventually start a family

I just wanted to know if we would be able to secure jobs in Canada we are considering Ontario at the moment and what would be the process to take securing the right visa's for Canada

as describe in your post, you might be qualified for immigrating through skilled worker program.
being able to secure your job in canada is the question. if i were you i would consider getting a job
first.
i don't know much about ontario but you may want to go to the cic web site site (www.cic.gc.ca) and
check the requierments.
