Working in Canada for a singapore based company

I am a PR since June 2015. I work for a startup based out of singapore. The company does not have any clients in Canada and nor has any plans of opening a branch in Canada. They are ready to keep me on their roles in Singapore and pay directly into my Canadian account. Is this possible?
